Detailed Itinerary
Depart by land to Rompin State Park, journey takes approx. 4.5 hours' drive. Rompin State Park located at the most southern tip of Pahang state and within Rompin, it is a great destination for nature outdoor activity lovers. Rompin State Park is among the oldest tropical rainforest in the world. It is part of Endau-Rompin Forest reserve sharing with its neighbour, Johor state. The uniqueness of Rompin State Park lies from its geology, myth, flora and fauna. The State Park’s rainforest is perhaps best characterised by its biologically rich lowland mixed dipterocarp formations, which generally predominate below 300m and heath forest. It also consists of edaphic hill forest formations, in particular the spectacular fan palm forest.
En-route visit to Sri Menanti and Kuala Pilah.
Upon arrival at Rompin State Park, proceed for check-in at the main building.
Lunch will be served at the restaurant, rest of the day free at leisure.
1900 hrs. Dinner will be served at the restaurant.
2030 hrs. We shall proceed for guided Nightfall Tour (duration: approx. 2 hours)
Though the night is dark, but lives are just as interesting as in the day and the short night walk led by our passionate guide will unveil the interesting night life of the nocturnal animals in the forest. The hunting spiders, roosting birds, and mammals are among the animals that we may spot during the walk.
Keep your eyes open and spot the unique gliding mammal, Colugo or commonly known as Flying Lemur up in the trees. Unique to South-east Asia, this creature is the best glider in the world!

0900 hrs. Depart for guided Jeram Panjang Trekking (duration: approx. 2 hours)
Jeram Panjang is a long river flows from Sungai Kinchin with moderate waterflow, the water quality is great, and it is suitable for any leisure activities. The Jeram Panjan Trekking activity follows the path of the elephants and allows visitors to see the traces left by these majestic giants. Upon arrival at Jeram Panjang, the guide will lead to cross the rapid and get to the clear freshwater stream of Sungai Kernam for a swim.
Recommended attire: long sleeves shirt, long pants, leech socks, hat, good sun protection, insect repellent and raincoat.
Return to the resort, lunch will be served at the restaurant.
Afternoon free to explore the park on your own, such as Makhota Waterfall, Watch Tower, Suspension Bridge, Rainforest Discovery Centre and etc.
Dinner will be served at the restaurant.

Check-out from the Lodge, overland transfer to Mersing, journey takes approximately 1.5 hours' drive.
Upon arrival at Mersing Jetty, proceed to Rawa Island office for registration before board the scheduled boat transfer across to Rawa Island (approx. 30 minutes boat ride).
Upon arrival at the resort, proceed for lunch at the restaurant while waiting for the room to be ready.
1500 hrs. Check-in to the resort, rest and relax.
Dinner will be served at the resort.

REMARKS:
- Rates are based on per person, with minimum 2 paxs is required in this package.
- Standard hotel check-in time at 1400 hrs & check-out time at 1200 hrs,
- Surcharge will be applying for airport transfer is required between 2200 hrs – 0700 hrs.
- Each passenger is allowed only 1 single piece of baggage not more of 30kgs plus one hand carry bag not more than 56cm X 30cm X 18cm with maximum weight of 5kgs.
