Welcome to Nicaragua! Upon arrival to the south border Peñas Blancas between Costa Rica and Nicaragua meet your Nicaraguan guide who will accompany you to Granada. Accommodation in Granada.

In the morning Discover Granada, the most beautiful, beguiling and photogenic Spanish-Colonial city and oldest continuously inhabited European established settlement in Nicaragua founded by Spanish captain Francisco Hernández de Cordoba in 1524. Enjoy a pleasant boat trip thru the lush and romantic volcanic islets of Lake Nicaragua. Free time for lunch not included. In the afternoon you will visit Catarina viewpoint with an amazing view to the volcanic crater Laguna de Apoyo and the colourful Craft Market at the city of Masaya. At the end of the day explore one of the world's most active volcanoes “Masaya Volcano National Park” and discover the lava lake from the active crater Santiago one of just eight lava lakes on the planet. 0800 hrs Transfer to San Juan del Sur. On the way Stopover at the Lookout Cristo de la Misericordia with amazing views to the beautiful bay of San Juan del Sur. Visit to the town. Afternoon transfer to the border with Costa Rica.
