Detailed Itinerary

Upon arrival, reception by your personal guide and transfer from the airport to the hotel. On your first day in the Austrian capital an
extraordinary panoramic tour awaits you: You will get to know the city of Vienna in a traditional Fiaker, a typical horse-drawn carriage.
This is the best way to go back to old Vienna. Get to know the Hofburg Palace, the former political center of the Habsburg Empire,
which today still bears culture and history in every corner. Also stroll through the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, one of the most beautiful
baroque buildings in Europe.

Departing from Vienna continues the journey through the Wachau Valley, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its natural beauty. It is well known for its lush vineyards, fortified churches and legendary castles. The most important attraction in this area is the monumental Melk Abbey, a Benedictine abbey founded in the 11th century. Continue your trip to Salzburg. On the way have a brief stop to visit Linz.

Today discover the city of Mozart and learn about the birthplace of the famous composer. Salzburg is unique, it is a harmonious
interplay between landscape and architecture, art and culture, as well as tradition and modernity. Enjoy a tour of the historic center
which seems dominated by church spires, its medieval fortresses and, above all, the great Fortress Hohensalzburg. In the afternoon travel to the beautiful Lake District. Enjoy a cable car ride to the top of Mount Zwölferhorn for a wonderful view over Lake Wolfgangsee. Return to Salzburg. If you wish, we can organize a gala dinner accompanied by live classical music just for you (not included).

Your journey continues against the backdrop of the Bavarian Alps with its snow-capped peaks, fertile valleys and magnificent panoramic views. In Berchtesgaden there is the possibility to visit the Eagle's Nest in Obersalzberg. Our final destination is Garmisch Partenkirchen, capital of winter sports and the Olympic games. You will spend the night at the hotel Das Kranzbach ***** (incl. half board), idyllically located in the middle of the Alps

In the morning visit the Neuschwanstein Castle. The most famous castle in Germany was built by Louis II, known as the mad king
for his strong personality and eccentricities. In the afternoon travel to Munich, the capital of Bavaria and the headquarters of the BMW car brand

In the morning, visit the city´s famous Marienplatz square. It is the seat of the elegant city hall which is famous for its carillon that resounds every day at 11 and 12 o'clock. You will also visit the cathedral of Our Lady and the Viktualienmarkt food market, an authentic pleasure for all the senses. At the Viktualienmarkt you will find everything from the most genuinely Bavarian to the most exotic products. There is also the elegant avenue "Maximilianstrasse"
with its many boutiques of renowned international brands which invites you to stroll through. In the evening we suggest to visit
the Olympic tower and dine in its excellent restaurant "181" which offers a spectacular view over the entire city and the Alps.

Travel to OUTLETCITY Metzingen and enjoy a fantastic day of luxurious shopping. VIP service or advice from a personal shopping
assistant is included. Be inspired by more than 70 premium and luxury brands and your personal assistants advice. Then travel to Baden-Baden.

This day you will visit Baden-Baden, the former summer residence of the European high nobility. It is also world famous for its elegant hydrothermal station and its casino. In the afternoon a true gourmet paradise in Baiersbronn, in the heart of Germany, waits for you. It is Germany's gourmet paradise par excellence, thanks to its internationally renowned restaurants combining eight Michelin stars.

Today you will go deeper into the Black Forest. Stop at the fascinating open-air museum “Vogtsbauernhof” (open from Mar 24 to Oct 31, 2024), where the history and culture of the Black Forest come alive. Continue to Triberg. The small town awaits you with the largest cuckoo clock in the world as well as the highest waterfalls in Germany

After breakfast travel to Interlaken. To have an unforgettable view, you can choose between the ascend up to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, which is with 3,454 meter the highest railway station in Europe with ice and guaranteed snow all year - or if you prefer you can go up to Piz Gloria (Schilthorn) to enter the world of James Bond. The views of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains are spectacular

Lucerne, your next destination, is a city set against an impressive alpine panorama on the shores of Lake Lucerne. Along with your guide, take a tour of the city's most important sites, such as its medieval bridge “Kapellbrücke”, one of the oldest wooden roofed bridges in Europe. Continuation to St. Moritz.

In the morning departure with the famous Glacier Express in the “Excellence Class” (does not operate from Mar 03 to Apr 12,
2024 and from Oct 13 to Dec 13, 2024). A train journey through the Swiss Alps has never been so luxurious. Window seat, magnificent panoramic view and a 5-course menu with a selection of regional wines is included. The Glacier Bar is the perfect place for a snack or a delicious cocktail. During the whole trip a Concierge will attend you.

As cars are not allowed in Zermatt, the town has managed to maintain its original character. Today you will take the funicular up the Gornergrat mountain. At 3,089 meters high, the views of the Matterhorn
and the Swiss Alps are extraordinary.

On your way to Montreux, you will get to know the mountains of Glacier 3000. Here you will find an impressive suspension bridge connecting two summits: the Peak Walk by Tissot. From there
you can see the mountains Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Eiger, Mönch and the Jungfrau - simply spectacular!

The charming town of Montreux is located on the shores of Lake Geneva. Enjoy a boat trip overlooking the Alps and the Lavaux vineyard region. Then a visit to the idyllic villages of Gruyères and Broc awaits you. In Gruyéres is produced one of the most appreciated
cheeses in Switzerland, and in Broc one of the most exquisite chocolates in the world.

Before you fly home, breathe the international spirit of the city of Geneva. Get to know its beautiful parks along the lake and the European headquarters of the UN.
