Your guide will pick you up at your hotel in the morning for a city tour. You will get to explore the city of Bogotá. Highlights include:
• Visit Monserrate - Take the cable car to the top of the mountain.
• See the sights of the historic center.
• Visit the Botero & Gold Museum.
• Explore the picturesque cobbled streets of La Candelaria with 400 years of history, all explained by your English-speaking guide.
• Lunch (typical Colombian food).
• Visit Usaquén to the north of the city - famous for its handicrafts, restaurants, and traditional architecture.

In the evening transfer to the airport. Flight Bogotá - Villavicencio. Reception and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the hotel facilities and relax. Tomorrow the action starts!

From there, you will begin a wonderful journey of approximately 17 km along the river whose course will transport you to different waterfalls and rock formations that are a delight to the eye. On the tour, your guides will tell you a little about the fascinating history of this region as they guide you
through the rapids of the river. Witness this river’s treasures such as a huge rock formation in the shape of “The Titanic" and wait until you reach the Valley of the Fairies! During the tour - you will have the chance to take amazing photos at some important points and you will have time to have a snack. At the end of the tour, you will arrive at an ecotourism farm to have your lunch. Here, you can take a shower if you wish.

In the afternoon you will be brought back to Mesetas, have dinner and a rest in your hotel. Accommodation: Gorgeous rural hotel in Mesetas Meals: Breakfast, lunch & dinner included.

Breakfast in the hotel. After breakfast (with your guide) you will be taken by 4x4 to the start of a nature trail. You will walk for about 40 minutes to the waterfall viewpoint and from there you will descend for about 10 minutes to the lower part of "Crystal Looms", a 40-metre-high waterfall in the form of a curtain. Here you can feel the power and majesty of the water. You will have time to take photos and bathe. Accompanied by your guide, you can walk behind this stunning waterfall.

After a delicious local snack provided by your guide, you will return to the ecological trail to "El jacuzzi del amor" and the San Antonio waterfalls. Here you will have time to swim in the natural rock pools formed over millions of years.

Return to Mesetas for lunch. Dinner and a well-deserved rest at your hotel!

After breakfast, you will start your journey to an ecotourism farm in Lejanías Meta, where you will find the 5 Wonders of Güejar. From this beautiful farm, you will take the path that leads to the Guejar riverbed. The first wonder you will see is the Caño Lajón waterfall (15-20 meters of drop) and the beautiful rock formation that you will feel under your feet as you approach it. You will continue your journey towards some natural slides and areas of the river with rapids where you can do body rafting! After a while, you will reach the natural hot tubs that form in the river. Here you will test your courage! You will have to jump into the river and let the current take you down! Once you have completed this part of the route, you will arrive at an area of natural pools where you can relax for a while and take in exactly where you are. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Return to Mesetas for lunch.

Accompanied by native guides, you will visit the 'Lost City' of Ciudad Perdida. Founded in 800 BC, the Lost City is 500 years older than Machu Picchu. This is one of the most beautiful excursions in Latin America. It is an opportunity to enjoy peace, tranquillity, nature, and mysticism where every step will be remembered.

At 9 am you will be taken by car to El Mamey (about 2.5 hours). On arrival, you will have a nice traditional lunch before the hike begins! With your guide, you will start a 7.6 KM walk (about 3 hours) to Adam's Cabin, where you will have dinner and spend the night. Very close to the cabin is the "Waterfall of Honduras", in the middle of the mountains. Tonight you will sleep in a hammock with a mosquito net, surrounded by the sounds of the forest. Romualdo Cabin – Mutanyi Indigenous town: After breakfast, you will start an 8-hour walk (14.7 KM) to Romualdo Hut. During the trek, you will visit the indigenous town of Mutanyi. This is a unique opportunity to interact with their culture and enjoy the waters of the Buritaca River.

Dinner is at around 6 pm and it is time to rest in beds or hammocks with mosquito nets. Your host will meet you at the airport and together you will travel to El Valle. In the early hours of the morning, you will start the last leg of this trek (approximately 3 hours) and arrive in Ciudad Perdida. You have earned this experience. Take it all in as your guide explains the history of this mystical, forgotten place. When everyone is ready, you will leave together and walk to the Mumake Lodge (about 4 hours) - where you will join the group for dinner and a peaceful night.

The afternoon is free to explore the surrounding beaches and jungle.

Early in the morning, you will continue descending to Adam’s Cabin. You will arrive at around noon to have lunch, rest, or enjoy the Waterfall of Honduras.

At 7 am you will have breakfast and leave for the El Mamey region (about 3 hours). Upon arrival - you will have lunch before your driver arrives to take you to Santa Marta. You will arrive at your hotel around 5 pm.
