Welcome to Lecce! Make your own way to your hotel and then enjoy your first day in the city at your own leisure. Overnight stay.

After breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide in Porta San Biagio and starts the panoramic walking tour strolling through the streets of this beautiful city where you will admire the Apulian Baroque art, discovering church- es and monuments. Elegant and refined, Lecce is one of the most appreciated cities of art in Southern Italy. Here the Baroque style predominates and takes on a local connotation, the "Leccese Baroque". This style is characterized by the fine stonework in Lecce stone and not by lavish gold decorations. The façades of churches and historic buildings seem modelled by skilful hands. Strolling through the old town you will admire showcases of craft shops: from papier-mâché master’s to the local pastry-making. You will taste a delicious local specialty in one of these local bakeries: the "pasticcio to", a pastry filled with custard cream. Rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay.

Important Notes
-Please advise your clients on their arrival in Rome, to call our office in order to reconfirm all the pick up time of their excursions.
-Due to the frequent change of transportation and the type of transportation used it is compulsory to bring only one piece of hand luggage per person for excursions to the south of Italy, as the luggage handling can provoke several difficulties and often may be lost or damaged. We are not responsible for those passengers who do not follow these luggage restrictions. In the eventuality of extra luggage clients will be charged directly.
