There are arrays of underwater spots waiting with all of its pristine beauty; both in Mataking Besar where the resort located, to the nearby Mataking Kecil.

Today you arrive in Mataking Island. Transfer to your chosen hotel, your home for three nights. The remainder of your day is at leisure.

- Return trip of land & boat transfers on the actual check-in date & check-out date (Tawau Airport - Semporna Jetty - Mataking Island - Semporna Jetty - Tawau Airport).
- Double/Twin/Triple/Quadruple sharing accommodation with air-conditioning, fresh water hot shower, and attached bathroom.
- Full-board meals (3 main meals) buffet style. Free flow of coffee/tea and light snacks.
- For Non-Diver Package - Inclusive of unlimited snorkeling activity at Mataking Island beaches only. Equipment rental is not included. It is a free and easy activity around Mataking Island.
For Diver Package (Licensed Diver) - Inclusive of 3 daily boat dives with weights, weight belt, tanks, and professional Dive Master/Dive Instructor at different dive sites such as Mataking Island, Timba-Timba Island, Pandanan Island, and other nearby island (except on the arrival and departure day) and unlimited shore buddy dives (house reef) without guide.

•Flight departure and arrival time will differ throughout the year (at least one time a year of revision)
•Guests are recommended to follow the above flights which are connected to resort daily regular boat schedule to minimize waiting time at the airport/Semporna. Guests must choose flights that arrive before 2.00pm/1400 hrs.
•For guests who cannot make it for the last boat schedule at 1530 hrs (from Semporna) due to any delay or unforeseen circumstances will be required to put a night stay at Tawau at own expenses.
•For guests staying overnight at hotel in Tawau shall be picked up from hotel early next morning at 0730 hrs to be transferred for onwards journey to Semporna Jetty followed by 0930 hrs boat to Mataking Island.
