Mardi Himal Trek
Overview
The Mardi Himal Trek is a spectacular Himalayan adventure that offers close-up views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Mardi Himal. This trek combines moderate trekking with forested trails, alpine meadows, and cultural encounters in traditional Gurung villages. Less crowded than Annapurna Base Camp, the route provides a serene, authentic experience with panoramic mountain vistas, rhododendron forests, and cosy teahouse accommodations along the way. This 8-day itinerary is carefully designed to balance trekking with acclimatisation and scenic enjoyment. Starting with arrival in Kathmandu, the journey continues with a flight to Pokhara, trekking through lush valleys to alpine ridges, and culminating at the Mardi Himal Base Camp and viewpoint. Trekkers descend via picturesque villages and terraced farmland, ending with a return to Kathmandu for departure. The program is ideal for moderately fit travellers seeking natural beauty, cultural experiences, and memorable Himalayan adventure.Private Touring
