Itinerary
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After settling in, there will be a briefing with your trekking guide covering the itinerary, necessary gear, safety measures, and local insights. This day allows you to rest after your flight and prepare mentally for the trek ahead. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Meal Plan: No Meal
After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of UNESCO World Heritage sites in the Kathmandu Valley, including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the afternoon, there will be time to finalise trekking preparations, check equipment, and purchase any last-minute essentials. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Meal Plan: Breakfast
Take an early morning flight to Pokhara(~25 minutes). From Pokhara, drive approximately 3-4 hours to Ulleri, the official start of the trek. From Ulleri, continue trekking uphill through dense forests and terraced farmland. The trail winds through local villages where you can experience the lifestyle of Gurung and Magar communities. Reaching Ghorepani, trekkers are rewarded with stunning views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, and Machhapuchhre in the distance.

Early morning hike to Poon Hill (~20–30 minutes) for one of the most famous Himalayan sunrises, with panoramic views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Nilgiri ranges. After sunrise, descend to Ghorepani for breakfast, then trek through dense rhododendron forests and traditional villages to reach Tadapani.

The trail descends through lush forests and bamboo groves into the Modi Khola valley, crossing suspension bridges and passing waterfalls. Arrival at Chhomrong, a scenic Gurung village at the base of the Annapurna Sanctuary.

Begin trekking uphill along the Modi Khola river valley. The trail gradually ascends through forested ridges, bamboo, and rhododendron, offering close-up views of mountain peaks. Arrival at Dovan, a small settlement nestled in the valley.

The trek ascends steeply from Dovan, passing waterfalls, glacial streams, and dense rhododendron forests. Deurali is located at the entrance to the Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by towering peaks and glaciers.

This is the highlight of the trek. Ascend through rocky trails, moraines, and alpine meadows into the Annapurna Sanctuary, culminating at the Base Camp. Enjoy panoramic views of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre, and Gangapurna. This is the perfect day for photography, reflection, and mountain immersion.

Begin the descent along the same trail, soaking in the final views of the sanctuary peaks. Stop at Dovan and Chhomrong along the way, reaching Bamboo by evening. Descending reduces the strain on the legs while providing beautiful scenery.

Trek down to Nayapul, approximately 6–7 km, then drive back to Pokhara (~1.5 hours).
