Leave Taipei and drive to Puli. We go enjoying the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake on cruise. Stay overnight at Sun Moon Lake. Next day, we’ll visit 4 features sites alongside Sun Moon Lake. Wen-wu temple, Ita Thao Village, Tse-en Pagoda, and Holy Monk Shrine are culturally rich and worth to go. Itinerary
Pick-up from hotel. Puli Town. Onward to Sun Moon Lake. Drive around the lake to visit Wen-Wu Temple, Ita Thao Village, Holy Monk Shrine Check-in hotel and rest of the day at leisure.
Meal Plan: No Meal
After breakfast proceed for Maolan Mountain Hiking Trail. Rest of the day at leisure or take a lake cruise (optional) to enjoy the priceless view of this beautiful lake before waving goodbye to her. Proceed to Lukang, Visit Lukang Tianhou Temple. Return to Taipei (hotel in Taipei excluded).
Day Highlight: Visit Lukang Tianhou Temple, one of the three major historic sites in Lukang. Visit Maolan Mountain Hiking Trail, the best place in the area to view the sunrise and enchanting expanses of tea fields. Enjoy the natural beauty of Sun Moon Lake, a designated National Scenic Area, and visit Wen-wu Temple, Tse-en Pagoda, and Holy Monk Shrine which dotted at the lakeside hill.
