Itinerary
Arrive to Sri Lanka, transfer to Hotel in Colombo, Colombo City tour.
Welcome to Sri Lanka, the pearl of the Indian Ocean! In keeping with Sri Lankan tradition, all of us would like to extend to you our heartiest “Ayubowan!” (Traditional Sri Lankan greeting wishing long life to the other).
On arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met by your Chauffeur guide & transferred to your hotel in Colombo. Check in at the hotel and relax till evening before explore Colombo city.
Colombo City tour Colombo tour includes a drive through the city taking you to the busy commercial areas as well as the tree-lined residential, Cinnamon Gardens. Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings and the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal dating back to 1749. If time permits, you may also see the replica of Avukana Buddha & the Independence Square.
Return back to the hotel and relax for the rest of your day enjoying hotel facilities.

After breakfast, proceed to Anuradhapura. En route, visit the Yapahuwa Rock Fortress.
Continue onward to Anuradhapura and check in to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a guided visit to the Sacred City of Anuradhapura (UNESCO World Heritage Site), exploring some of its most revered monuments and ancient stupas.

Early morning visit to the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site) for a sunrise climb. Discover the Water Gardens, Frescoes, Mirror Wall, Lion Gate, and enjoy panoramic views from the summit.
Thereafter, proceed to Polonnaruwa Ancient City (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to explore the Royal Palace, Gal Vihara, and other archaeological treasures.

After breakfast, board the scenic hill country train from Kandy to Nanu Oya, one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world, passing tea plantations, forests, and waterfalls.
On arrival, visit a tea plantation and factory to learn about Ceylon Tea. Continue to Nuwara Eliya and check in to your colonial-style hotel.

• It is important to note that there have been delays in the train timings quite often.
• Please note the purchase of train tickets cannot be guaranteed currently due to the process in place within the Sri Lanka Railways Department especially during peak periods. Tickets for travel are issued 30 days in advance of travel, are limited and extremely difficult to obtain. In the unlikely event a ticket/s cannot be obtained we will of course make the necessary refunds & the clients will travel by road. This is a destination issue and it is best expectations are managed accordingly.

Early morning, set out on an exciting jeep safari in Yala National Park, renowned for its population of leopards, as well as elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife.
After the safari, proceed to Galle, enjoying scenic views along the southern coast en route.
