Important Notes:
· All meeting points and pick-up times, both for transfers and for tours included in the packages, will be reconfirmed at the time of final booking confirmation. Any changes will be communicated in advance along with the travel documents.
· Pick-up time of the tours are approximate according to traffic.
· Due to the frequent change of transportation and the type of transportation used it is compulsory to bring only one piece of hand luggage per person for excursions to the south of Italy, as the luggage handling can provoke several difficulties and often may be lost or damaged.
We are not responsible for those passengers who do not follow these luggage restrictions. In the eventuality of extra luggage clients will be charged directly. 
· In Sorrento, when dinner included in the program, we highly recommend wearing long trousers, in order to be admitted to the restaurant.
· For all tours that include lunches or dinners, please kindly inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) in advance. Providing this information allows us to better accommodate your specific dietary needs.

Supplements & Notes:
· In Florence, Milan, Venice, Bologna, and Rome, during trade shows, public holidays, or events, additional fees may apply. In such cases, the amount to be paid will be  communicated at the time of booking.
· Entrance fees to monuments are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.
*For all City Break and Multi-City Journeys that include transfers, a night supplement will be applied for services from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

City Tax:
Please note that rates do not include city taxes. Where applicable, the amount due will be paid directly by clients at the hotel. The amount varies according to the city, and hotel category, and is charged per person, per night.

Fairs and Events might change.

In the 1st Category, there is a per person supplement from December 25 - January 05 and November 01- 10 (Rates on request).

Languages of the activities
DAY 2 - ACCADEMIA MUSEUM IN SMALL GROUP
The guided service may be exceptionally provided in two languages due to operational reasons.
November 01 - March 31
English daily (min 2 pax).
Spanish on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (min 4 pax).
April 01 - October 31
Monolingual tour in English and Spanish (min 2 pax).

November 01 - March 30. On Tuesdays and Thursdays departures, the regular excursion to Pisa visit will be moved on day 1 of the itinerary.
