Meal Plan: Breakfast
After breakfast head towards Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. See the most significant sights of the old city canter on a orientational tour. Highlights include the picturesque open-air Central Market, the Three Bridges, Baroque Town Hall, and Robba's Fountain. Then, continue to Bled.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Dinner
An Alpine Lake surrounded by high peaks, Bled was “discovered” by travellers in the middle of the 19th century. Since then, a small town of hotels, villas, and restaurants has developed around the lake, turning Bled into a lively, all-seasons resort. A sightseeing tour features the charming town and the lakeshore, and visits imposing Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. The balance of the day is at leisure. Perhaps join an optional excursion visiting the small island in the middle of the lake, browse through the shops and boutiques, or simply relax and enjoy the enchanting scenery.
Meal Plan: Breakfast
The journey continues to Postojna, home to one of the largest caves in Europe. Tour this fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train. Afterward, continue to the coast, have a stop in Opatija. Enjoy the orientational tour of this fashionable resort in the 19th century, dotted with Habsburg era villas. After some free time, continue towards Plitvice Lakes.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Dinner
After breakfast, have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of sixteen terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After the tour, head to Split. Overnight in Split.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Dinner
In the morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour featuring the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Then see the remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. The rest of the day at leisure, to stroll through the beautiful streets of Split, or enjoy at the beach.
Meal Plan: Breakfast
After breakfast travel to Dubrovnik. You will be transferred to the port, where embarkation begins at 2 pm. Get settled in your cabin before going on a walking tour of Dubrovnik around 17:00h, the “Pearl of Adriatic”. Walk through Stradun – both a street and a square, the most famous place inside the town walls, enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage site, where your guide will show you the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik and visit the Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy. After returning to ship enjoy a Welcome reception followed by dinner this evening.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Dinner
Early in the morning enjoy the magic scenery as the ship cruises around Dubrovnik city walls to continue to one of the Elaphiti Islands for a swim stop. Afternoon arrival in Slano, a peaceful fishermen’s village and our starting point to Ston, situated on Peljesac peninsula and once fortified small village famous for its oysters. Peljesac peninsula is known as one of the best wine-producing regions in Croatia. After exploring the town, we leave to a small nearby village to enjoy the authentic local oyster tasting. Overnight and Captain’s dinner on board in Slano.
Meal Plan: Breakfast lunch and Dinner
In the morning, we head north to the Island of Mljet. Join the Cruise Manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park. Continue our cruise towards the Korčula island, best known as a birthplace of Marco Polo. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls, which is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Overnight in Korčula where you can enjoy a gourmet experience at the multiple restaurants and bars.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch
Early in the morning we sail to the island of Vis once a strategic naval Yugoslav base and restricted to the public. Due to this isolation, Vis has a special charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was” making it interesting to visit. Since the independence of Croatia, the island began opening slowly to the outside world. Some of Europe's largest and greatest naval battles have taken place in the waters around Vis. Vis Island holds many historic secrets and you can explore Vis history on your own by military Land Rover Defenders. Overnight in one of the harbors on the island of Vis.
Note: Due to limited capacity at Vis Harbour (during peak season), the port of call may be substituted with one of the nearby harbours.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch
Early in the morning we sail to the small island Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon. The possibility of our visit will depend on weather conditions; however, you will be notified of this on time. Afterwards continue towards the island of Hvar, the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic, with a swim stop and lunch on board. Upon arrival in the early afternoon, disembark and join a tour of Hvar by Land Rover Defenders. We will drive through picturesque villages and visit Lavander Farm, stop for wine tasting and finish with Donkey Farm where we will have a lot of fun. Overnight in Stari Grad or one of the harbors on the island of Hvar.
Note: Due to limited capacity at Stari Grad Harbour (during peak season), the port of call may be substituted with one of the nearby harbours.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch
Early morning we head towards Milna on the Island of Brač with a swim stop, weather permitting, in one of pristine bays, time to relax and lunch on board. After lunch we arrive in Milna still known as the most beautiful and most protected port on Brač. Explore this Dalmatian town dominated by a Baroque church with a typical Dalmatian bell tower. The interior of the church is rich in valuable paintings by Venetian painters. Overnight in Milna or one of the harbors on the island of Brač. Note: Due to limited capacity at Milna Harbour (during peak season), the port of call may be substituted with one of the nearby harbours.
Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch
In the morning, we will head towards Trogir with a stop along the way to swim and relax, if the weather permits, with lunch on board. After docking, join a short orientation walk through this medieval city. Trogir is sometimes referred to as “miniature Venice” or a “mini-Dubrovnik” because of its ancient walls, or a “floating museum town” - as it has a masterful architecture including some stunning Venetian palaces. In the late afternoon we will take a ride to Split where you will join a guided tour of Split with and visit the seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. The historical center of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will see the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Enjoy your free time in Split and explore the city on your own. After an exciting evening, we transfer you to the ship. Overnight in Trogir.
Note: Due to the limited capacity of the Split harbour (reconstructions related) we may sail directly to the port of Trogir. In that case transfer by bus will be organized to and from Split town for the sightseeing tour.
