Itinerary
Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport (for international or domestic flights) or at the harbour (if arriving by boat/ferry from Dar es Salaam), you will be met by our representative and transferred to Stone Town.
After a short rest, our guide will meet you to give a briefing about your stay in Zanzibar and the planned day-to-day activities.
Stone Town, the cultural heart and capital of Zanzibar, is full of history and charm. You will explore its winding alleys, ornately decorated buildings, and intricately carved wooden doors. Highlights include:
- The former slave market (now the site of the Anglican Church, often referred to as the “House of Wonders”)
- The Palace Museum (People’s Palace)
- Dr Livingstone’s House
- The Old Arab Fort
- Bustling local markets, mosques, and the lively Forodhani Gardens.
In the evening, you will return to Tembo House Hotel Zanzibar or Golden Tulip Zanzibar Resort for an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Nungwi, located on the northern tip of Zanzibar Island, renowned for its pristine beaches and turquoise waters.
Spend the day at leisure, relaxing on the soft white sands or enjoying optional activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, or a dolphin safari. For those who simply wish to unwind, the beachfront offers peace and tranquillity, with only the soothing sounds of the Indian Ocean accompanying you.
Overnight stay at Nungwi Dreams, Z Hotel Zanzibar, or Royal Beach Zanzibar.
