Detailed Itinerary

After arriving at Baltra, you board the Santa Cruz II cruise and head to Mosquera Islet, where you enjoy a peaceful walk along a white sandy beach surrounded by sea lions. You’ll also have the chance to explore the shallow reefs nearby, introducing you to the marine wonders of the Galapagos.

Meal: Lunch & Dinner

On this day, visit Punta Pitt, the only site in the Galapagos where you can find all three species of boobies. The journey continues to Cerro Colorado, a breeding centre for Galapagos giant tortoises, and a great spot for birdwatching amidst the natural beauty of San Cristobal.

Begin your day with a visit to Santa Fe’s white sand beaches, populated by playful sea lions and land iguanas. The tour continues to South Plaza, known for its steep cliffs and a diverse array of wildlife, including swallow-tailed gulls and yellow-grey land iguanas.

Explore the famous Charles Darwin Research Station on Santa Cruz Island, where conservation efforts for giant tortoises are on display. Afterward, there are options for additional activities like hiking or visiting lava tubes before returning to Puerto Ayora.

Discover Punta Suarez on Española, home to a wide array of birdlife, including the majestic waved albatross. In the afternoon, relax at Gardner Bay, a beach known for sea lions and finches, and a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling.

Start the day at Eden Islet with opportunities to observe blue-footed boobies, reef sharks, and rays. Later, on North Seymour Island, see frigatebirds and marine iguanas, along with bustling colonies of blue-footed boobies and sea lions.

Enjoy nature walks on Santa Fe and South Plaza Islands, encountering Barrington land iguanas, sea lions, frigatebirds, and marine iguanas.

Travel Tips
Pay attention to the meeting details provided upon arrival in Galapagos.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for hot weather. Remember that Galapagos has a humid climate and its ambient temperature is above 22 degrees Celsius.
Take your identity card or passport with you, especially on your transfers in and out of the Galapagos Islands.
Remember that traveling by cruise ship can cause seasickness, we recommend that you take sea sickness pills with you. These can only be taken once a day.
Be aware of the environmental impact and follow the national park’s rules on conservation and respect for nature.

Weather Preparedness
It is advisable to bring a windbreaker jacket for when you want to enjoy the best view of the Galapagos Islands in our open air area.

Fitness Requirements
Within our excursions or water activities the effort is minimal compared to the great experience you will have in the Galapagos Islands.
