Detailed Itinerary

Upon arrival in Quito, you will be transferred to your hotel. Nestled in the Andes, Quito is known for its well-preserved colonial architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Spend the evening exploring the city’s historic centre or relaxing at your hotel as you prepare for your Amazon adventure.

Embark on a guided tour of Quito, visiting its most iconic sites, including the Cathedral, La Compañía Church, and San Francisco Church. Explore the “Panecillo” hill for a panoramic view of the city and visit the Equator Line complex to experience standing on both hemispheres at the same time. Learn about the region’s geography and ancient Andean solar-based traditions at the Ethnographic Museum.

Visit Yasuni National Park, known for its incredible biodiversity. Look out for the rare pink river dolphin, anacondas, monkeys, and vibrant bird species like the hoatzin.
