Overnight in Lima.
In the morning, we will begin the visit of the city with an excursion to Colonial Lima. First, we will stop off at the Main Square, to explore it on foot and admire the exteriors of the Government Palace, the Cathedral, and the City Hall. We will visit the Cathedral, where we will discover various architectural styles and learn about the religious history of Peru.
We will continue with the visit to Santo Domingo Convent founded in 1540. It is a very special place for the Latin American Catholic community since three personalities who today are Peruvian saints passed through its church and convent. They are the first saint of the continent, Santa Rosa de Lima, in addition to San Martín de Porres and San Juan Macias. Inside the church of Santo Domingo, his relics are kept amid a special fervour. It has a beautiful cloister covered with tiles, a library with a collection of 25,000 books and a bell tower, from where you can see the entire city of Lima and the port of Callao.
Half day bike tour. At the agreed time, transfer to the meeting point with our guide who will deliver what is necessary for the tour. Enjoy one of the 20 best boardwalks in the world, while we go to Barranco, a bohemian and artistic neighbourhood. Our first stop will be Dédalo art gallery, where the contemporary concept and urban design are mixed with unique Peruvian designers’ pieces in a beautifully restored house. We will continue our tour to the spectacular House of the Peruvian artist Víctor Delfín, author of the great sculpture “The Kiss” in the Parque Del Amor. His collection is undoubtedly impressive, and we will have the opportunity to visit his studio that has a privileged view of the Pacific Ocean.
We end this artistic adventure on two wheels with a brief stop at a popular bohemian café-bar where we will taste its delicious and fresh gastronomic proposal, then we will head back to your hotel.

Overnight in Lima.
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. Flight Lima – Cusco (not included). We recommend arriving in Cusco before 11:00 am. Private transfer from Cusco airport to your hotel in the Sacred Valley. On route we will taste a delicious lunch at a colonial hacienda. Discover the legacy of three generations of one of the most traditional families of the Sacred Valley. Learn about the generational experiences and the work that lies behind production of Cusco’s giant white corn, a unique species that only grows in this area and finally, enjoy a unique experience in the form of traditional cooking based upon local organic products, the legacy of farmers devoted to their land.

Overnight in the Sacred Valley
Kayak or paddle in the Piuray lagoon with picnic. Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel to reach Piuray lagoon, where we will be greeted with a station for hot drinks, water, and snacks. This will be an ideal moment to relax, admire the place and take photos. Then, your assigned guide will provide you with all the equipment for kayaking or paddle boarding, accompanied by a briefing on safety and paddling technique. After the experience, we will have some time to enjoy the surroundings.
We will taste a delicious picnic lunch in a magnificent setting on the shores of a lagoon.
At the end we will return to the hotel.

Overnight in the Sacred Valley.
Full day visit to the Sacred Valley: Saltpans of Maras, archaeological site of Moray aboard ATVs and fortress of Ollantaytambo. Lunch in a private house. We will receive the necessary equipment and, after a safety briefing and driving lessons, we will start the tour. We will go along mountain paths with curves, ups and downs, through small towns and farms in the area, until we reach the salt pans of Maras. Exploited from the days of the Incas until today, these saltpans will surprise us with their very white steps that descend abruptly against the green slopes of the hills. We will continue our tour until we reach the archaeological site of Moray, an agricultural laboratory at Inca times. Its system of circular platforms that descend 150 m below our feet will confirm the wisdom of the
Incas when building masterpieces in harmony with nature.
We will enjoy a delicious lunch in a private house. Finally, we will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living towns of the Inca culture, which was jealously guarded by a colossal fortress. We will discover the great archaeological complex of what was a tambo or city of rest and lodging for the royal retinues that travelled long distances. Its architectural remains still preserve walls and towers that were used to protect it from possible invasions.

Overnight in the Sacred Valley.
The shorter version of the Inca Trail: Cusco – Km 104 – Chachabamba –Machu Picchu – Machu Picchu Pueblo. We will head to the station to board the train that will take us to km 104. At this point we will descend from the train and begin our walk towards the Machu Picchu citadel, crossing the Urubamba River through a bridge that offers a spectacular view of the mountains. During the trip we will visit the Inca ruins known as Chachabamba, a beautiful palace with fine stone carved
walls. We will continue our hike and begin to climb a mountain covered with vegetation until we reach Wiñaywayna (2,700 m.a.s.l.). These ruins are a perfect example of agriculture in the time of the Incas, since along its slopes lie many terraces, where the Incas cultivated different agricultural products, including coca leaf plantations.
After we have explored these wonderful ruins, we will have lunch very close to the area. Later, we will continue our walk until we reach the Inti Punku or Sun Gate. At this point we will have a
privileged view of the beautiful citadel of Machu Picchu. Then, we will descend in the direction of Machu Picchu, and we will go to Machu Picchu Pueblo where we will spend the night in a hotel.

Overnight in Machu Picchu Pueblo.
Machu Picchu Pueblo – Machu Picchu citadel – Ollantaytambo – Cusco. After breakfast, we will board the shuttle bus that will take us to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu. We will arrive at the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, where we will travel along with our guide the most important sectors of this beautiful Inca citadel. Then, we will continue our exploration by climbing the Huayna Picchu mountain. At the end we will board the return bus that will take us to Machu Picchu Pueblo in order to board the train that will take us back to Ollantaytambo. A vehicle will be waiting to transfer us to our hotel in Cusco.

Overnight in Cusco.
Half-day city tour of Cusco: Sacsayhuaman fortress and Manos de la Comunidad Textile Centre. Our first stop will be the Sacsayhuaman fortress. This colossal building of huge stones carved and joined with precision, is an outstanding example of Inca military architecture. Undoubtedly, one of the largest constructions in Tahuantinsuyo. In addition, it demonstrates the undeniable administrative capacity of the empire and its logistical power, capable of mobilizing and organizing such work. Then, we will visit the Manos de la Comunidad Textile Centre, where we will learn about the different types of came lids that inhabit the Andes and learn more about traditional and ancestral textile art techniques. We will enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in Q’enqo. Our tour will continue in the imperial city. We will take a walk through the Plaza de Armas of Cusco, where we will visit the Cathedral to admire its beautiful atriums and its priceless paintings from the Cusco school of the 17th and 18th centuries. We will continue with the visit to one of the most impressive buildings of Inca Cusco: the Koricancha, “golden enclosure” in Quechua. Temple dedicated to the worship of the Sun god, who, according to the stories, looked, inside, entire walls covered with gold.

Overnight in Cusco.
Vinicunca trek, the Rainbow Mountain. This is a breath taking two-day trek in the Vilcanota mountain range, on a route we call the “Camino Del Apu Ausangate” located in close proximity of the highest sacred mountain in the Cusco region. The Apu is the bearer of life and guardian of one of the most pristine mountain ecosystems in the world.
Cusco – Huampococha - We begin with a morning departure from Cusco, travelling by bus through the fertile Vilcanota Valley, to the town of Checacupe, from where we start to ascend through Pitumarca village. Through the spectacular canyon of Japura, we arrive at the pastoral community of Osefina, where we see herding of llamas and alpacas as the main local activity. Llamas will carry part of our personal equipment. Little by little, we will ascend through a picturesque valley where you can see some of the highest potato crops in the world. The landscapes change drastically as we leave behind the last houses until we reach the pass of Anta (4,900m.a.s.l.) with the first views of the Vilcanota mountain range.
We will spend the night in the Huampococha Tambo, located near the lagoon of the same name, where they usually nest huallatas (Andean geese).

Huampococha - Vinicunca - Cusco.
The first rays of the sun greet you at this magical location. After enjoying a hearty Andean breakfast, we begin to hike through rock formations of red sandstone. As you hike, you’ll see geological wonders and admire the beauty of this unique landscape, until reaching Mt. Vinicunca, or “Rainbow Mountain”, one of the most spectacular points of this trail.
After enjoying this impressive landscape, we’ll begin the descent through the valley to the town of Japura. On the way we’ll have a final lunch stop, before taking our private transportation back to Cusco.

At the appropriate time, we will transfer you to Cusco airport in order to board the flight to Lima. There, you will take the connecting flight to your international destination.
