Join us as we head out into the green spaces and historical highlights of downtown Santiago. Shady parks, hip barrios, and insights into santiaguino (someone from Santiago, Chile) culture will make for a memorable afternoon. Downtown’s afternoon highlights of big trees, skyscrapers, and street-side kiosks for sopaipillas are for the urban adventurers. Beautiful parks, architecture, and the heart of Santiago are absolute must-sees for anyone visiting Chile’s capital city.
We’ll pedal through Forestal and Bustamante parks, also the historical GAM Cultural Center to start our history chapter. We´ll be riding through the hip Lastarria/Santa Lucia neighborhood, and the Presidential Palace "La Moneda" will be our final stop, where we’ll get into Chile’s political history, before riding back to the office.

This walking tour through Santiago will become an intimate and real experience of its markets, flavors, and modern and old knowledge. We will walk through the Historical Center tasting the most traditional preparations that have kept their flavors untouched for hundreds of years and we will taste a perfect food that combines ingredients from the land and sea with the most delicate Chilean wines.
From the hotel, we will head to Plaza de Armas Station, where the history of Chile begins. We will visit the Cathedral and the National Historic Museum, among others; and we will taste some of the most delicious empanadas of the city in El Rápido. From there we will go to Mapocho Neighborhood, where it is located the biggest food market in Santiago, La Vega Central and we will enjoy some fruits from our country. Later we will take the subway to go to a traditional “chichería”, where we will taste the oldest drink of our country, the Chicha.
Our last visit will be in The Central Market, the biggest fish and seafood market in the city. After walking inside it and learn some new names, we will go to El Galeón Restaurant to enjoy a unique culinary experience, through its flavors and tastes. After this, we return to the hotel.

Departure from your hotel in the morning to Mercado Central, where you will meet the chef. Continue then to La Vega, the popular fruit and vegetable market and the perfect place to discover new flavors.
After buying what we need, we take a taxi to our cooking workshop located in the beautiful Barrio Italia where our chefinstructor will guide you through the preparation of simple but delicious Chilean recipes and reveal some of his culinary secrets.
Following the class, our guests will enjoy a feast of Chilean dishes complemented by excellent Chilean Wines we specially

Viña del Mar also known locally as La Ciudad Jardín (Spanish for: "The Garden City"), is a Chilean commune and coastal city in Valparaíso Province, Valparaíso Region. Half Day Valparaiso Street Art Tour with Lunch

We will walk around Valparaíso seeking the trace of the graffitis that have made this city’s reputation for their cooperation to street art, located freely on the streets, stairs and walls, creating a tail of color and light in the port.
First, we will visit the graffiti that comes out spontaneously from the hands of anonymous artists on the streets. Later, the tour continues to Cerro Bellavista to visit the “Museo a Cielo Abierto” (outdoor museum) to appreciate the huge murals created by Chilean artists in 1992, thanks to a partnership with Universidad Católica and Valparaíso’s City Hall.
Then, we will use the traditional centennial elevators to make it to the hills of Valparaíso, especially Cerro Alegre, Concepción and Bellavista, which have a great amount of white work of arts shown to the visitors as a great community museum waiting to be discovered.

At the time you choose and as long as the sea allows us, we will meet at the Muelle Varón in the port of Valparaíso. There we will get on board an uncovered sailboat with which we will have a new perspective of the port city. In this 3-hour journey, we will sail through the bay of Valparaíso and learn about the history of this area.
Did you know that before the construction of the Panama Canal this was one of the main ports in the South Pacific? Along the walk, we will discover other curious facts and we will also see the famous military frigates that dock in the port. Then we will see the majestic Viña del Mar and Concón to start the return along the coastal edge if the weather is good. After 3 hours of sailing the sea, we will return to the mainland, but not before saying goodbye to the friendly colony of sea lions that inhabit the area.
