After breakfast, checkout and departure to Kairouan (01H20 driving = 90 Km): the city which rises like a dream of ochre and tawny beige, bearing in its serenity 13 centuries of Islamic culture. Behold the wondrous beauty of its mosques, the symphony of its columns and arches and the exquisite delicacy of the stone work. Visit of the Great Mosque of Uqba Bin Nafi, an important Islamic landmark and architecture which was built in the 9th century. Next, visit Sidi Sahbi Mausoleum, which houses the tomb of one of Prophet Mohammed's companions known as the Barber and the Aghlabiden pools. (02H30 visit = 5 Km). We will proceed to Sbeitla (01H30 driving-105 Km). Lunch in a restaurant and then visit the Roman ruins of Sbeitla (02H00). One of the few ancient Roman cities that is famous not only for its strategic role but also its politics and economy have played a major role during antiquity.
Departure for Tozeur (02H00 driving = 170 Km): one of the famous oasis in the world which is surrounded by 200 springs. It is sheltered by a palm grove of more than 1000 ha – about 400.000 palm trees and world-renowned dates, also known as deglet nour which means “fingers of light”. Check in in the hotel, dinner and overnight.

After Breakfast, departure in 4X4 to visit the Mountain oasis of Chebika/Tamerza/ Midès (01H00 driving= 70 Km). ₋ In Chebika, the refreshing water rushes over an imposing waterfall to form a wadi surrounded by palm trees at the bottom of a gorge. Tamerza looks barricaded by its mountain range, as if suspended on the side of a vast canyon with commanding views over the vast plains as far as the Chott and the sand hills. Finally, there is Midès – the western – most and arguably the most impressive of these oases which overlooks a breathtakingly high canyon. ₋ Return to Tozeur (01H00 driving = 70 Km) and lunch in EDEN PALM. Departure to Douz via Chott El Jerid (01H30 driving = 100 Km)

After breakfast, departure to Matmata that was the setting for the film Star Wars. This village, named after the Berber tribe that inhabits the region is the largest of the troglodyte communities. (01H30 driving = 90 Km), visit of the Berber Museum in Tamezret and discover the Amazigh history.
Lunch in troglodyte restaurant and visit of the troglodyte village (01H30 visit). Continuation to El Jem (02H30 driving =250 Km): Be enthralled by one of the world’s largest and most spectacular Roman
Amphitheatre. Built in 238 AD, the Amphitheatre can hold up to 35,000 spectators. This monument illustrates the grandeur and extent of the Roman Empire. Nearby is the museum of El Jem, which houses some lovely mosaics and the remains of some recently excavated luxury villas. Departure to Sousse (01H00 driving = 65 Km), check in in the hotel, dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, checkout and departure to explore Carthage (02H00 driving = 145 Km), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the oldest Phoenician settlement on the coast of North Africa. Continue to Byrsa Hill to see the ruins of Roman buildings and Carthage Museum. See the Tophet, where urns containing the ashes and milk teeth of 8th century BC children have been unearthed. Visit Antonin Baths, a huge Roman bath complex on the edge of the Mediterranean, the theatre and Punic Port.
Then Departure to visit Sidi Bou Said (10 minutes driving = 5 Km): stroll through the narrow streets of Sidi Bou Said, a picturesque small town bordered by whitewashed houses with blue shutters and doors. Check out the various art galleries and try some mint tea in one of the traditional street cafes while
enjoying the superb view of the gulf of Tunisia. Lunch in local restaurant. Visit of Bardo Museum (IF OPEN) (closed on Mondays) (30 minutes driving= 15 Km) one of the best archaeological museums
in the Mediterranean, which is especially well known for its beautiful collection of mosaics. The museum is located in an old palace that belongs to the Beys, rulers of Tunisia (02H00 Visit). Next, visit the Medina (10 minutes driving = 5 Km): where we will see the “old Tunisia” which includes the Medina, the ‘European’ quarter built at the beginning of the 20th century and the new modern suburbs. For more than 500 years, the Medina has been the historic heart of Tunis and UNESCO has classified
it as a World Heritage Site due to its fascinating and exotic maze of streets (01H30 visit). Check in in the hotel in Tunis, dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Tunis Airport for final departure (05-15 Km = 15-30 minutes driving). End of our services
