What would Venice be without a bar hop, this amazing city is already outstanding with her magnificent palaces, churches, and architectural monuments and yet we noticed that there was something missing! A great alternative to the generally slow night life of Venice, and one of the best ways to meet fellow travelers from around the world. Meandering through the labyrinth of small alleyways and campi, we visit a local bars known as bacari in the Venetian dialect. In each bar, you will be offered an “ombra”, a glass of local wine, and a small snack called cichetti.

We drive to the nearby hilltop town of San Gimignano, a tiny city that has remained intact through the centuries. Situated on a hilltop, it is famous for its numerous towers, frescoes and other art treasures. Upon arrival, we will discover this fascinating city, followed by a wine tasting to enchance your experience. During the return journey, you can admire the medieval village of Monteriggioni enclosed by its famous walls, still intact.

Your walking tour takes you to explore the grand piazzas of the Eternal City. Visit the majestic Spanish Steps, the longest and widest decorative steps in Europe, and the Trevi Fountain. View the monumental Pantheon, the best-preserved of any Roman building and admires the baroque Piazza Navona, which follows the shape of the ancient Roman Diocletian Stadium, with Bernini's Fountain of the Four Rivers and the Egyptian Obelisk. While strolling, make several food stops to sample local specialties.
