Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Narita International Airport (NRT) or Tokyo International Airport (HND). Meet an English speaking assistant and board an airport limousine bus or train. Transfer to your hotel or station near hotel on your own.
Whole day free time at leisure.
Your main suitcase will be transferred from Tokyo to Kyoto. Please leave your main suitcase at the bell desk or the front desk by 7:30 AM.
Travel with an overnight bag for your night in Hakone (1 night).
Self guided Hakone Tour Hakone 2 Days Free Pass and Romance Car reserved seat will be prepared to you. Explore Hakone on your own
Enjoy Dinner in Ryokan/Hotel.
Free time to explore Hakone before departing to Odawara station. Transfer to Odawara Station by using Hakone Free Pass Transfer to Kyoto by bullet train. (150 min.) Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation. Afternoon free time at leisure. You can add Optional Tours.
Whole day free time at leisure.
Transfer to Kansai International Airport (KIX) by airport shared van
on your own. *The exact pick up time will be informed by the hotel staff on the Day 5. (Approximately 4 hours prior to your flight).

7 - 4 days prior to the arrival date - 40% of total tour fare
3 - 1 days prior to the arrival date - 70% of total tour fare
