Overview
Goa (Go Goa) is known for its striking landscape, famous beaches in India, astounding monuments and churches and bustling Goa nightlife. Goa is one of the most visited tourist places in India, especially on weekends, as it is not very far from Mumbai and having Panaji as its capital and Vasco da Gama as the largest city. It attracts a large number of tourists from all over the world, round the year. Goa, the smallest Indian state and much-loved tourist place of India, is situated in the coastal Konkan region and on the bank of Arabian Sea which forms its western coast. Beaches in Goa are the best part of the excellence list of the beach state, where you can rejuvenate yourself. The second major attraction in Goa is the religious places like temples and churches in the town.
Detailed Itinerary
Upon arrival in Goa make your own way to your hotel for check in.
Known as a ‘tourist paradise’, Goa is located on the west coast of India in the coastal belt known as Konkan. The magnificent scenic beauty and the architectural splendors of its temples, churches and old houses have made Goa a firm favorite with travelers around the world. Goa is much more than just beaches and sea; it has a soul which goes deep into unique history, rich culture and some of the prettiest natural scenery that India has to offer. Enjoy a full day city tour of Goa, starting with a visit to Altinho Hill and its breathtaking view of Panjim and the river Mandovi. Continue to Dona Paula for a view of Marmgoa, India’s largest natural harbor.
Later visit Old Goa, located 9km east of Panaji, it was founded in 1510 by Alfonso de Albuquerque as the capital. The old city is well known for its churches.
Start with the Professed House and Basilica of Bom Jesus built in the 16th Century it contains the tomb of St. Francis Xavier. You will then visit Se. Cathedral the biggest church in the east, St. Cajetan built like St. Peters in Rome, the Church of Lady Rosary and St. Monica. Conclude the day with some shopping at the local market in Panjm city.

Today is at leisure in Goa for you to relax by the beach or enjoy all the activities around Goa and the resort. If you wish, you may like to travel into Panjm city to further sightsee or do some shopping. (No Guide/No Transportation)

This is the last day of the Goa tour. Munch some delicious breakfast and then check out of the hotel. Start driving towards the airport and on reaching, board your flight to home. The tour ends here. (No Guide/No Transportation).
