Detailed Itinerary
Welcome to Milan! After your arrival at the airport, make your own way to your hotel and then enjoy your first day in the city at your own leisure. Overnight stay.
Meal: No Meals
Breakfast at your hotel. At 08:45 am reach the meeting point at Largo Cairoli corner Via Cusani to join the group for the full day excursion to Como leaving at 09:00 am. Explore the fashionable lakeside town of Como, surrounded by snow capped mountains and picturesque
Mediterranean villas, and enjoy a breathtaking cruise along Lake Como. Departing from central Milan in the morning, take a 1-hour drive up to Como, arriving around 10:00 am. Take a guided tour of the city and then ride the funicular up to the town of Brunate, one of the best places to soak up a sweeping panorama of the city and the lake. You'll then have free time for lunch (own expense) in Brunate before the highlight of your afternoon: a Lake Como cruise.Board the boat at the Como city center and then sit back and relax on a 1-hour cruise around the breathtaking lake. Admire the splendid lakeside villas and keep an eye out for Villa d'Este at Cernobbio, a luxurious hotel with tropical gardens. After your Lake Como cruise, you'll have free time to shop, sightsee and grab some coffee if you wish before heading back to Milan.. You'll arrive in Milan in the late afternoon.

Enjoy a half-day tour of the impressive city of Milan. Take
a look at the medieval Sforza Castle. An impressive me
dieval Castle and fortress, one of the most impressive
urban castles in Europe. The Sforzesco was once resi
dence for the ruling family of Milan and now hosts sev
eral of the city's museums and art collections. Visit the
splendid Duomo Cathedral, a striking example of Gothic
art and the largest church in Italy. Try to count the statue
crammed onto its roof and façade, there are more than
3.200 of them, before following your guide in the visit
of the interior. Exit the Duomo and walk inside Galle
ria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping gallery, a 19th century
glass vaulted shopping arcade. Brimming with fashion
able shops and cafes, it used to be the connecting path
between the Cathedral and the La Scala Opera House,
so the ladies could stay dry in their way to the theatre
in case of rain. At the end of the Galleria you arrive at Milan’s most famous Opera House: the fabulous LaScala theatre. Founded in 1.778 and still in use, some of
the world’s greatest musicians and opera singers have
performed here including Pavarotti, Maria Callas and Gi
useppe Verdi. Your entrance ticket provides 24 hours ad
mission to the theatre and museum, so you can return
the next day. Overnight stay.

After breakfast at your hotel, at the time indicated, head
to Milano Centrale train station to reach Rome. Once
there, make your own way to your hotel for the over
night stay.

After breakfast at your hotel, spend a leisurely day ex
ploring the wonders of Rome at your own pace. The
package includes our I Love Rome City Tour Hop-On

sights of the Eternal City in 8 stops). Opportunity to
book our regular tours in Rome, for example Vatican
Museums or Colosseum. At the and of the day make
your way back to the hotel for one last overnight in Italy’s
Capital.

Important Notes
-Due to the frequent change of transportation and the type of transportation used it is compulsory to bring only one piece of hand luggage per person for excursions to the south of Italy, as the luggage handling can provoke several difficulties and often may be lost or damaged. We are not responsible for those passengers who do not follow these
luggage restrictions. In the eventuality of extra luggage clients will be charged directly.
-Pick up time of the tours are approximate according to traffic.
