After your breakfast, check out by road to proceed for Dead Sea near the Jordan River, the lowest point on Earth 409 meters below sea level, It is also one of the world’s saltiest bodies of water, with 33.7% salinity (You can not sink, you will float). In the afternoon, visit Mount Nebo (Moses Memorial) last stop, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Holy Land of Dead Sea & Jerusalem & Bethlehem. Then visit Madaba (City of Mosaics), where you will see the unique map of the Holy Land in St. George Church 6th C. AD. After your breakfast, proceed to visit Jerash or Gerasa. This is the second major site in Jordan after Petra. Today considered one of the best preserved Roman provincial towns in the Near East. The heyday of Gerasa dates from the 2nd and 3rd centuries with cobbled streets, colonnades, immense temples on the crest of hills, charming theaters, spacious public squares, thermal baths, fountains and walls pierced by towers and gates. Then proceed to Ajloun visiting Al Rabad Castle, the 12th century Castle built by one of Salahdin’s lieutenants in the campaign against the Crusaders. Drive to visit Um Qais, It was the home of several classical poets and philosophers, including Theodoros, founder of a rhetorical school in Rome, Gadara hanging on a splendid hilltop overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Sea of Galilee, which is known today as Umm Qais, and has an impressive colonnaded street, a vaulted terrace, and the ruins of two theatres. Back to Amman hotel for overnight.
