Arrive to Kilimanjaro International Airport by scheduled flight (booked on own arrangements or by the agent). You clear customs and immigration formalities and are met outside opposite the Arrivals Hall by our representative. He will assist you to your transfer vehicle for your transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation Gran Melia in deluxe city view room on bed and breakfast basis (excludes other meals, drinks and laundry).
Following breakfast, depart to Tarangire National Park. Once you pass the park gate, game view en route to the lodge arriving for lunch. Following lunch and a chance to enjoy the lodge’s facilities, you set out on an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for sunset with dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Accommodation Tarangire Kuro Treetops on full board basis (excludes laundry and drinks).
Early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. Then depart to Lake Manyara National Park arriving at the lodge for lunch. Following lunch and a chance to enjoy the lodge’s facilities, you set out on an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for sunset with dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Accommodation Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge on full board basis (excludes laundry and drinks).
Depart to Serengeti National Park arriving at the camp for lunch. Following lunch and a chance to enjoy the camp’s facilities, you set out on an afternoon game drive. Return to the camp for sunset with dinner and overnight at the camp.

OPTIONAL Shared Hot Air Balloon Safari
Early morning shared transfer in the balloon company vehicle to the balloon staging site. You meet the pilot who provides a safety briefing while the crew inflate the hot air balloon. At sunrise, your shared hot air balloon lifts off over the African plains. At times, your pilot will ascend to a higher altitude to give you an overview of the ecosystem. Then you descend to treetop level to silently observe the wildlife from above. After about 50 minutes, you land and are met by the balloon staff to transport you to your shared bush breakfast. You then return to your camp or lodge.

Depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game viewing en route. You stop at Olduvai Gorge for a chance to see the site where the Leakey family made several important archaeological discoveries. A small museum with some of the artifacts found can be viewed. You also visit a cultural Maasai village. Arrive at the lodge for late lunch and time at leisure. You have a special Boma dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Accommodation Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge on full board basis (excludes laundry and drinks)
Early departure and descend to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. You game drive in this paradise. With a space of only 102 square miles and a resident wildlife population of more than 30,000 mammals, there is a great chance that you might see all of the big five. A picnic lunch box is provided at a scenic picnic site within the crater. In the afternoon, you return to the rim of the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Depart to Arusha arriving at Arusha Coffee Lodge for lunch (excludes drinks). Transfer to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward connections. End of our services.

NOTE ON FEES
We have included the amount anticipated increases in park entry fees, concession fees, conservation fees and bed levies. It is an estimated amount. We will advise the actual amounts once known. Incase it is more than the amount already incorporated, the same will be advised to you.

Children and Third Adults
Child reduction as shown for children ages 07 to 15.99 sharing with one or two adults. Children aged 12 and above will have a separate room at Gran Melia.
This programme is not suitable for children younger than 07 as part of our scheduled safaris. We can accommodation children aged 5 to 6.99 on private safaris.
Passport copies are required in advance to qualify for the child reduction
Third adult sharing is possible but there is no reduction
The third adult will be in a single room at Gran Meliã Arusha
Supplements
Christmas/New Year supplements apply between 24 December and 01 January (inclusive) per night.
Easter supplements apply between [18 to 21 April inclusive] per night.
Arrival Information
Earliest check-in at the arrival hotel is 14h00. Travellers arriving on early morning flights are urged to book a pre-night at the arrival hotel (at an additional cost) to avoid delays in accessing the hotel rooms on arrival.
Departure Information
This safari returns to Arusha at 1215 hrs.
Travellers departing from Arusha Airport on a domestic flight should book a flight departing later than 1240 hrs.
Travellers departing from Kilimanjaro International Airport on a domestic or international flight should book a flight departing later than 1600 hrs.
Travellers with a long layover before their departure flight should consider booking a day room (at an additional cost) to refresh and repack before their international journey.
IMPORTANT Luggage Information
Travellers should only bring soft sided bags on safari. Luggage space in safari vehicles is limited. These bags should measure no more than the following: Height 66 centimetres Length 42 centimetres Width 28 centimetres. Soft sided bags with wheels are permitted.
If travelling on internal flights during your safari, luggage allowances are strictly enforced to 15 kilograms per person including carry-on bags.
If arriving and departing from the same city, bags can be stored in our offices for a one-time fee of AUD 94.00 (per booking, not per bag or per person) to transfer and store the bags and reconnect them with the travellers for departure.

We may have to re-route the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of non-availability.
Prices for domestic flights, airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you for existing and new bookings.
