After breakfast, departure to Heidelberg, to visit the Abbey and Klosterhof Brewery. After a tour of the brewery you can enjoy a sample of different types of beer. Lunch at the Klosterhof Restaurant (not included). Then travel to the famous Black Forest region to the idyllic village of Alpirsbach, home of Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu – Tour and Sampling at the Brewery.

Departure to the Hopfengut farm No20, where the best hops are produced, equipped with modern agricultural technology and strictly in accordance with German purity law (Reinheitsgebot in German). You will dis - cover the ingredient that gives character and soul to beer. Tasting of 3 special beers. After lunch, depart for the Schäffler Brewery / Allgäu – another fascinating landscape in south Germany. This small but historic brewery will convince with its own charm, its dark house beer and the smallest mobile brewery in the world. Visit the brewery and have Dinner (not included) at the romantic brewery restaurant. Overnight at the Brewery’s own Hotel.

In the morning travel to Munich. Visit the city’s main attractions, focusing on the topic beer and sampling Bavarian cuisine at the local market concluding the tour at the Marienplatz square with its famous clock tower. Munich, the capital of the state of Bavaria is famous for its Oktoberfest, which is annually celebrated in September. Rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Explore this vibrant city at your own pace. You can use the Hop on/Off Bus (not included) to get around, or walk and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in one of the many “Biergarten” beer gardens. Plenty of time to visit places like the Hofbräuhaus, Ayinger am Platzl, Augustiner am Platzl and many more.

Trip to the Benedictine Monastery of Weltenburg, the oldest beer producer in the world (since 1050). Be sure to try the Asam Bock beer that won second place as “the best black beer in Germany (not included). In the afternoon travel to Nuremberg, explore the city with the, Bimmelbahn“, visit the Rock cut Cellar maze and taste the locally brewed beer afterwards.

After breakfast drive to Bamberg, this means beer from ten breweries within the city, supped in traditional brewery pubs, like the “Sternla”, this also means shopping in modern shops and a historical atmosphere. Visit the Klosterbräu Brewery and have lunch (not included), after Lunch there is time enough to explore this traditional city and visit the famous cathedral a UNESCO Heritage site. Return to Nürnberg at your leisure.
