Arrival in Tashkent by early morning flight.
Meet your driver at the airport gates and transfer to the hotel. Immediate early check-in (included) and time for rest.

~09:00 Meet your guide and start excursion (old part): Khazrati Imam Complex, consisting of Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum (16th c.), Barak-Khan Madrasah (16th c.), Tillya Sheikh Mosque, Muyi-Mubarak Madrasah, storehouse of Koran of Khalif Osman and gold hair of Prophet Muhammad, Chorsu bazaar.
Afternoon time for visiting the new part of the city: Independence Square, Amir Temur Statue and local “Broadway”, Monument of Courage, Tashkent TV Tower (outside), and New Minor Mosque.
Overnight at the hotel.

~06:30 Transfer to Tashkent Railway Station.
~07:30-09:45 Take a train from Tashkent to Samarkand (train schedule and seats are subject to change & availability).
On arrival, meet your driver at the station and transfer to the city centre to start an excursion in Samarkand: visit to the Registan Square consisting of Ulugbek Madrasah, Sherdor Madrasah and Tillya-Kori Madrasah; Guri Emir Mausoleum – graveyard of Amir Temur and his generation, Bibi Khanum Mosque, and walking at Siyob national bazaar. Continue the tour by visiting the Shakhi Zinda Complex and Ulugbek Observatory.
Transfer to a hotel and check in (available from 14:00).

Check out of the hotel and drive to Bukhara (260 km).
On arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in (from 14:00).
~16:00 In the afternoon, meet your guide and start an excursion along the holy Bukhara: visit to the Poyi Kalon Architectural Ensemble that consists of Kalon Minaret, Kalon Mosque and Miri Arab Madrasah, walking at Lyabi Khauz Complex.

10:00 Meet your local guide at the hotel lobby and continue the sightseeing tour within Bukhara: visit to Samanids Mausoleum, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Citadel Ark – city in the city.
Further time to enjoy walking and shopping tour along the three Trading Domes, more famous as the Coumpol Bazaar, which has existed here from the times of the Great Silk Road.

08:00 Morning drive to Khiva (460 km, 7-8 hrs.).
In the old days, the route from Bukhara to Khiva lasted more than a month. Today it takes 7-8 hours by vehicle, through the mysterious red desert “Kyzyl-Kum”, the territory of “Khorezm”, which was called in the past as a “State of Thousand and Hundred Cities”.
Arrival in Khiva, check in to the hotel. Time for rest.

09:00 Meet your local guide at the hotel lobby and start the sightseeing tour in Khiva: visit to Ichan-Kala architectural complex (XII-XIX) – the residence of the last Khiva Khan, including Ismail Khodja Mausoleum, Muhammed Amin Khan Madrassah, Kunya-Ark Castle (XVI-XVI); Kalta Minor Tower, Tash-Khovli Palace (XIX), Pakhlavan Mahmud Mausoleum (XIV-XVIII), and Djuma Mosque (X).
In the afternoon, transfer to Tashkent Domestic Airport.
Take an evening flight from Urgench to Tashkent (flight schedule and seats are subject to change & availability).
On arrival, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel.
Check in and overnight at the hotel.

Registration and flight to the next destination (as per the actual flight schedule, HY or TK flights are advisable).

* Note: You may get your return ticket for a flight departing from Urgench directly. In that case, an overnight in Khiva (Day 7) and transfer to Urgench Airport (Day 8) will be arranged.
