Upon arrival in Lima, you’ll be welcomed by the tour staff and transferred to your hotel. The evening is yours to relax and adjust to Peru’s capital city. Take a leisurely stroll around the neighbourhood or prepare for the adventure ahead. You’ll overnight in Lima, allowing you to rest before the journey to the Amazon begins the next day.

Fly from Lima to Iquitos, the gateway to the Peruvian Amazon. Upon arrival, you’ll board a luxury Amazon river cruise that will take you deep into the rainforest. Over the next few days, you’ll embark on guided excursions along the river, encountering wildlife such as pink dolphins, monkeys, and vibrant birds. Explore secluded tributaries and meet local indigenous communities. Enjoy onboard amenities and meals crafted from local ingredients. As the boat navigates deeper into the forest, you’ll begin to appreciate the diverse ecosystem of the Amazon basin.

On this full day of exploration, the Amazon unfolds its wonders. You’ll take morning and afternoon excursions to spot wildlife like sloths, caimans, and exotic birds. The tour ends with a walk through Cusco’s vibrant historic centre, where narrow cobblestone streets lead to colourful markets, churches, and the beautiful Plaza de Armas.
